these are just regular crayons with very intense pigment and when you mix them with acrylic--layer each other--it turns out real well, and the other neocolors II
these are water soluble--you put them on like a crayon and then wet with a brush--and they're like watercolors, but again, very rich in pigment. I love these crayons!!! And the Golden's crackle paste I know--as a matter of fact, it's one of my favorites. I mean just the regular crackle method where you put it on your surface, let dry and then apply a coat of paint to produce a cracked effect--I just have problems with this.
